Hi  folk's here's Hobbycrafts Sea Fury after various trials and tribulations, the decals are from the Airfix kit and try as I could the spinner decals would not

apply and after one ruined part trying to paint them I gave up and left it red.

Let’s try again!  Here is my Aeroclub Hawker Woodcock representing the first single seat fighter designed and built by Hawkers and accepted into the RAF.  The Woodcock entered service in 1925 and was employed as a night fighter.

The kit has been extensively modified with a 3D printed engine (sourced from the internet) and a significant number of 3D components designed by me.

Here is my Tasman 1994 Airspeed Oxford Mk2. Not a great kit but with a bunch of mucking about, turned out ok.

I built an interior radio seat and set, thinned all trailing edges and cowlings, cut and deflected control surfaces, opened the door and added handles, added aileron actuators and balances, nav lights, handhold cutouts, landing lights, fuel drains, aerial mast and line. Markings are painted and represent an RCAF Oxford. Light pin wash in burnt umber.

🏃‍♂️ Ready to fly? Climb aboard! We need a wireless operator. You can handle that, right?

And a navigator... unless you're not particular about where we end up.

No, I don't have a pilot license, but I had an experience flight on a cessna 35 years ago....

IMG-7420.jpg

I can move all the control surfaces, what more do you want? I'm sure a twin engine tail dragger won't be a problem....

Let's go!
