HL-10 Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Just seen this on Model Behaviour over on FaceBook: It was announced last year by MPC, but now it seems to be happening! Due for release spring 2006. No price as yet. Looks like the wheels have been put on back to front!
Pete in Lincs Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Nice, And about time. but I wonder when the aftermarket wheels will become available.

SeaVenom Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Thanks for that. Yes I hope they get the wheels correct in the final version.
nheather Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Seems awfully big for 1:32, obviously they are fictional, but are they really that big? 1

If those wheels are around an inch in diameter then It's probably about 7 1/2 inches long? I think the old Dinky toy was about 6 inches long at around 1/43rd scale? Maybe we're looking at a bit of photographic distortion as it's being held closer to the camera than the person is? 1

Think you ma be correct. The photo in the OP makes it look like the length of an A4 sheet, but the photos in the Facebook link show it more like the width of an A4 sheet. 1
Paul Thompson Posted June 6 Posted June 6 For comparison purposes, here's an unrestored Dinky. Sorry I couldn't both hold the thing and replicate the angle used in the model photo. Paul. 2
