1/35 AH-6M Build Kittyhawk kit

[Black Ops Matt]

I’m off on another AH-6 build. This time adding all the detail that 3D printing has to offer. 
first off is the Tailrotor and gearbox.

Some neat looking printing you got there. Is it your own work or commercially available AM parts?

I have a few OH-6 kits but in 1/48th scale...

Hi Colin,

it is my own work but we do then sell these under the Black Ops Models brand. We are doing the weapons now including the mini guns and rockets.

Excited to follow this one Matt! I used a bunch of your parts in my AH-6J build and I’d certainly be tempted to do build a modern M with some 3D printed goodies! 
 

The Kitty Hawk Ms seem super expensive whereas converting the J kits seems easier/cheaper overall, just my $0.02
