HK-500 Posted May 15 Posted May 15 The tube is a tireless stream of marvels , lo and behold , lovers of the Anderson's work ( maybe it's old news for you , but I've just found that ) 2 1
TonyTiger91 Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Thank you 🙏 As a young boy, I wrote to the BBC asking them if they would consider showing Thunderbirds again? I didn’t know if it was on ITV or BBC. The BBC wrote a reply. I don’t know if the did show it again in the mid 1970’s, after I sent the letter. However I think that is was shown again in the 1990’s 😊 👍 One of my favourite series of all time. I once had the honour of meeting Gerry Anderson at the opening of a science fiction/ model shop in London. Maybe a branch of Forbidden Planet. He signed my 1967 Captain Scarlet annual (Christmas hard cover comic book for non UK viewers 😉). A real gentleman with a nice smile. His wife was there too. What an incredibly gifted and creative couple. Thank you again for sharing here; watching now 🍿 TonyT 2
HK-500 Posted May 18 Author Posted May 18 After some light digging , it appears that the channel was created around February this year and they've also uploaded Sapphire and Steel ( which was never aired here in France...) and a furry talking animals kids show as well. 2
