Fast jets in Greece II- Exercise Iniochos 2025

Afternoon all,

 

Thought I'd share a selection of images from a pretty decent week in Greece for this year's Exercise Iniochos. Tried my luck at some low level during the week prior to the spottersday, which wasn't hugely productive, with only three Italian Tornado passes yielded any worthwhile images

During some downtime over the weekend, a group of us went on the hunt for some wrecks and relics, as well as visiting the HAF museum at Tatoi

The spottersday itself wasn't without it's frustrations, the morning being backlit and many of the star participants not flying either when the light was good or at all almost made for a disappointing day. But then the Greeks saved the day during a superb final hour or so

Superb photography.

 

Hard to pick a favourite, but if pushed it would be the group shot of the F16s. That shape is still futuristic to me, no matter the age of the type.

Excellent shots there. Would swap you any day for an Australian Airshow, the main ones here are all backlit from the afternoon and with horrendous heat haze.
