Popular Post GTZIM Posted April 24 Popular Post Posted April 24 (edited) I am happy to present my completed Eduard P-40E Warhawk 1/48. I utilized all available accessories from Eduard which really enhanced the already incredible amount of detail the base kit offers. Overall the fit was decent especially for some of the accessories I added. PE flaps are often quite the ordeal, but this set fit relatively nicely. Kit Used: Eduard P-40E Royal Class Edition 1/48 Accessories used: •Eduard P-40E Engine Cat. No.: 6481069 •Eduard P-40E Flaps Cat. No.: 481155 •Eduard P-40E Wheel wells Cat. JohnR_TX Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Just gorgeous! I hope I can get my weathering half as good as yours someday. Do you use pastels, oil paints, all of the above? 1
Autle Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Wow and wow. Even if I could do that level of modelling it would take me about 5 years and this kits only just come out. Maybe it's a real one, well done though 1

In some areas I lightly sanded the flat varnish with 6000 grit sandpaper to add variation in sheen. 19 hours ago, Zigomar said: Absolutely splendid! Great pics too. Hats down.
