The orange Canberras operated in Germany were a pretty common sight at British airshows in the 80s - I remember seeing them at Fairford. I'll be building an AMP 1/72 Canberra B.2 in this scheme, using a Model Alliance decal sheet I've had in the stash for ages.

 

Here's the kit and decal sheet:

Great choice of subject Julian, any Canberra is always welcome in a GB but an orange Luftwaffe one is even more so. I do remember seeing these at shows occasionally and have seen the one preserved at Gatow so I'm very much looking forward to seeing this one Julian.

Cool B)  one appeared at a Lossiemouth airshow back in the 80s and was a striking addition to the flightline of otherwise camouflaged machines.

I remember seeing them at Fairford. Really stood out in the static display, and clearly stands out in my memory
