Hello Again,

 

I would like to share a few photos of my Eastern Express L1011-500 build.

 

 I flew in one of these beauties from MIA to LAX in the 80’s , a pocket rocket on takeoff!

 

This kit was another great challenge and took nearly a year to finish it. Lots of frustrations so the momentum gets lost but I am fairly happy with how it turned out.

These short run kits are a great learning curve and the kits do look fairly good after a bit of a wrestle.

 

 I used Authentic Airliners cockpit and passenger windows.
