888 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) Bell QTR (Quad Tilt Rotor) a concept from 1979. Not a 3D print but old school of creating a model from leftovers. Custom build using a Kawasaki C-1 kit (Hasegawa) and engines from V-22 Ospreys. Size comparison with a Osprey and Herc 1/200. Edited February 26 by 888 28 1 5 1
Celestialsphere Posted February 26 Posted February 26 That's awesome! Love the use of parts from various models to realise the end result. Cheers Andrew
dov Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Hallo Did it fly? If yes, how well? Have no clue at all. Nice project. Happy modelling
danosky Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Excellent build!!! Nothing like building something from other parts laying around!
bennyboi Posted March 7 Posted March 7 This would've been the epitome of American military overkill, (sweet sweet overkill), similar to Luft' 46, but much closer to reality (somewhat)... I love it!
