Their 1/72 SA-342M was never Heller’s Gazelle except for the HOT missiles and the Homing antenna for the nose. The rest was Airfix with a modified upper clear part (HOT sight). A re-release of that one seems unlikely for me. 
 

Apart from that: That kind of commitment as shown in the screenshot is rather vague.

 

Edit: As we all know Glow2B is the company behind Heller and Glow2B is also the German distributor for Airfix kits. But this would be a first then…

First what?  Heller already re-box the Airfix C-47.

 

I agree though that the above screenshot doesn't indicate anything more than "er, maybe".

The initial question is "would you consider to re-release the Gazelle?", so the new tool mentioned by @Homebee looks like a pretty bold assumption to me. 😄

When I last looked at the Heller website (not that long ago), there were a LOT of Airfix kits, in particular the 00 figure sets. And as those are legacy Airfix moulds from pre-Humbrol days, I don't think their ownership has gone to Heller.
