Specter1075 Posted January 2 Posted January 2 (edited) The 2S4 and 2S5 are interesting. I think that just about covers all the flower artillery now. Edited January 2 by Specter1075 1

VMA131Marine Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Looking at this list, and the Alize notwithstanding, it appears Trumpeter is focusing more on their home market with this list. There are obviously still unreleased items from last year (and the years before that) and it will be interesting to see what they announce beyond new aircraft.
Piotr Mikolajski Posted January 3 Posted January 3 59 minutes ago, VMA131Marine said: is focusing more on their home market with this list This is not a focus on the local market, but simply adding items to the catalogue. From 2020-2024 alone, Trumpeter still has dozens of unrealized announcements. If you count all of them since the company's arrival on the market, including this year's, there are close to a hundred. And only about 10% of that is Chinese equipment. 1
JTninja Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Yep, they're notorious for relisting previously announced kits that never came out, and probably wont any time soon. I believe the 1/350 HMS Nelson and HMS Rodney were first announced in 2018 😆 USS Ranger CV-4 1944 was announced I think it 2020? Meanwhile, it was vital that they put out that USS Montana BB-67 kit 🤣 2
Piotr Mikolajski Posted January 4 Posted January 4 I think the record is held by the MiG-19 in 1/72, which was announced in... 2008 That's why I can't stand the people who, with a persistence worthy of a really better cause, change the release date of such kits at Scalemates to make them fresh announcements for the new year.

I share your pain concerning their mythical 1:72 MiG-19. While I’m at it, I would like to see their J-7s in 1:48 brought out in 1:72. 2

Fortunately Clear Prop announced their own kit and I'll wait for this one. I can wait even 5 years for it, it will still be a kit released faster than the one from Trumpeter. Besides, some kind of punishment for 17 years of deceiving modellers is necessary, which is why I won't buy the MiG-19 from Trumpeter anymore. 2
JTninja Posted January 5 Posted January 5 If its true, the 1/350 USS New Mexico is a long waited kit that we'll finally see in plastic 👀 1

KRK4m Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Plus 1:700 USS Midway CV-41 (06754 straight deck and 06755 angled deck) - AT LAST !!!! Cheers Michael 1 1

Specter1075 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 They heard everyone screaming for a S-3 so they said screw it, let's just do every scale. 1
Skyf24 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 1/48 Su-25 is nice, anyone know what kit it is, or is it a rerelease?
