Visiting my mum at the retirement home this morning, saw a BMW /5 with a sidecar dropping an adventurous old lady back home, an R75/5 I think.

Not sure, they all look the same!

I've ridden an R75/5, never owned one, but I'd like to...

Or an R100RS if I win the lottery.

One of my neighbours has been daily driving one of these since we moved here (same reg but silver).  It looks as immaculate as when we moved here 20 years ago!  He’s not particularly a petrolhead, nor out doing his own maintenance, just likes the car and keeps it well.  And outside for those 20 years!

I was passed today by something called an Ora - actually my second.  We already have a brand called Kia.  Wonder if any of them will be too orangey?

I was impressed to see a Huracán Sterrato out in the floods today. It still looked too low to be driving through water but I was impressed by its muddy madness. Great to see a car like that being used!

Would that be the Funky Cat? (Although sadly I think they've dropped that name now :( )

Got to agree with you there that's it's good to see it being used. Not being too up on modern Lamborghinis, are the low-down vents in front of the rear wheels for cooling the brakes, and the vents behind the window for the engine? If so, I imagine they might have a more impressive wading depth than you'd think 😄

Indeed it is like that. Huracan Sterrato's roofscoop is designed to feed clean air to the engine intake, so they moved the intake from behind the rear quarter window to the roofscoop. Not with the STO, that one's just a vanity to allow Huracan GT3 EVO2 to have proper roofscoop intake for racing purpose. Also, the Sterrato and Performante are two of my favourite Huracans.

Not a clue.  All I saw was a badge on the nose that looked like ! , and ORA on the boot lid.  And between them, something a bit like a Micra.

@Pete in Lincs described my Stratos Stradale as "absolutely stark staring bonkers!" This Lamborghini is even more over the top!

I was overtaken by a Jaguar F-Pace yesterday, first one I've ever seen IRL.

Not a big seller out here in the sticks...

1993 Pajero

People will pay a stupid amount of money for one of those in the states, even in that condition. I'd say, based on my experience from browsing FB marketplace, it's worth $4,000 for a beater that's really worth $400.

1965 Ford Zodiac

That's strange.  Someone just round the corner from me has recently taken on a Zodiac of the same age, but in green with slightly more rust.  So it's about half a mile from that one.
