Posting Photo's

Can I post photo's here without using a photo-hosting site/

I firstly used Photo Bucket that over printed each photo, offering a free service. Then tried to charge and deleted everything.

Now Fotki won't download. I've found two forums that will just download photo's without a hosting service which suits me.

Short answer, no. The thread on photo posting hosts that you’ve posted in gives all the information about alternatives to Fotki.
