Dragon 1/72 StuG III parts question

I am getting around to building one of Dragon's 1/72 StuG III kits (using it as a practice round before building the new Mini Art kit).  There are some tiny parts (#24 & #25) on sprue A, that I cannot find mentioned in the instructions.  I've poured over the instructions several times now and still nothing (maybe its time for new, stronger reading glasses?  ).  I've even looked at the instructions of other Dragon StuG III kits and tried online Google searches, no luck.

 

 

I hope that someone here who has already built this kit can tell me what they are used for.
