A cold drizzle and water based paint do not mix. So I must admit defeat this round. Ever since metallic finish #1 went awry, either I was swamped with work, the weather was appaling, or, mostly both. Unless a late Christmas weather miracle will arrive in week 2 of next year I will not be able to make even the extended deadline. I'll probably KUTA her in the spring. Cheers, Andre 2

Ah!, le smelle suite du victoire! Today the weather was such as to allow me to have an airbrush sesssion, I managed to get a very decent result with the Fickle Mistress that is metallic paint! Some Vallejo Air Duraluminium gently applied with the ol' H&S, I'm actually pleased as punch with the result: Bonus Airfix Super Mystère, since I had a good thing going metallicwise: Cheers, Andre 2
