My teacher told me years ago not to worry about spelling because in the future there will be autocorrect, and for that I am eternally grapefruit.

A while back, I was texting someone and telling them how excited I was about the impending release of the film "Deadpool and Wolverine".  I finished the text and hit "send" without proof reading it.

 

That was a mistake.  Autocucumber made it seem as though I was blathering about Hartlepool and Wolverhampton.  :wall:

I've always said that the pinnacle of human technology and ingenuity peaked with microwave pizza. It's been steeply downhill ever since.

My friend was bragging his new 3D printer can print a gun.

nodnodnod  I suffered a Stash Collapse a couple of days ago when attempting to extract an Airfix Spitfire.   The good thing about Stash Collapses is that they tend to expose gems that one has totally forgotten about.

Indeed, since I was asked to up the size of the display, I have done precious little other than live, sleep (what's that?) breath and sleep Zeppelins, with just a little relief provided by finishing a Schutte-Lanz. Added to this the website needed bringing  up to date, the signage for the stand replacing and when I have finished berating you wretches, I have to sit down and finish writing the text for a flyer for the stand. Oh, I almost forgot, Some of the exhibits need remounting as well. That's where the Martian has been!

On a slightly more serious note, over the last couple of months, I have been so busy that I have not been able to be on BM as much as I should. Roll on the 2nd December when the last show of the year is behind me. We are filling 24 feet a the BMSS Bugle Call show at Bristol. It was only ever meant to be a couple of models and a piece of Zeppelin! Wibble.

Martian, It sounds like you're slacking off in your old age. You may be in dire need of a bottle or three of CC's Kick-a-poo joy juice (aka Rocket fuel). to get you energized and back in fine tentacled form.:drink:Bottoms up Shriner!
