Okay, this is the 2025 Bunfight poll.   I will update it as and when additional proposals make the grade.  However, the thread itself will be locked until a couple of days before the commencement of the Bunfight on Friday, 1 November. 

 

In accordance with Article 7 of the Bunfight Constitution, it will last for two weeks, closing on Thursday, 14 November.

 

There are seven slots each for GBs and STGBs, so in accordance with Article 6 of the Bunfight Constitution, everyone will get a vote count of 60% of the available slots: i.e. 9 votes.  You can use these in any manner that you wish: all for GBs, all for STGBs or a mix.  I will point out that the forum software cannot prevent you using more than your allocated number of votes, so please don't be tempted...  :wicked: 

 

As I will explain elsewhere, all the proposals which did not make it into The Bunfight will be archived.    It doesn't mean that these proposals are dead in the water.  They can still be re-proposed for 2026, maybe with a bit of a tweak to make them more popular.

Good news, Britmodellers!  :D

 

The 2025 Bunfight is now up and running.

 

At the moment it is locked.   I will update the poll as and when new proposals make the grade.

 

In the meantime, please be aware that any currenty pending proposals which do not make the grade by the start of the Bunfight will be archived.   That doesn't mean to say that they are dead in the water.  You can propose them again straight away, but they will have to start from scratch.  This may present an opportunity to tweak the proposal to make it a little more attractive.

 

Also, the Groupbuild constitution has been in place since the beginning of 2021.  We agreed to revisit it every five years to make sure that everyone is happy with it.  So start having a think about whether anything needs to change.  The articles are here.

Twenty-one GBs and nine STGBs with only seven slots for each.   There is going to be some significant bloodletting this year.  It'll be like an episode of Banshee.  Hopefully without the nudity.   No one wants to see that...  :fraidnot:
