exdraken Posted September 17 Posted September 17 long time already in my stash, good time to bring it out! which me luck, I still have to set up my workbench after moving house (flat...) 🏚️ I know the GHW is supposed to be better, especially around the canopy.... but.... it is UA GB time anyways! white is what I think I have decals for.. WP206 might be silver... not clear in the instructions.... 8
exdraken Posted September 17 Author Posted September 17 quick start and dry-fit for now fit is great , size not so much canopy seems sifficiently transparent, fit is good, that is a rare thing on short run kits! 13 1
Adam Poultney Posted September 26 Posted September 26 I don't think we'll be seeing many more builds of these now that the GWH kit is available. Following with interest. WP206 with the aussie roundels would be silver 1
JOCKNEY Posted September 26 Posted September 26 Delighted to see one of these in the GB, best of luck Cheers Pat
exdraken Posted October 5 Author Posted October 5 time for an update fuselage closed, I think and hope to being able to introduce and secure the cockpit afterwards I introduced some reenforcmetn on the fuselage joints, not sure if necessary... but... the intakes fit rather well.... mut not seemless... upper wings not glued yet! I plan to do that only when the upper wing is mounted to the fuselage...I guess corrections might be easier that way! do not forget some noseweight! more soon! incl some interior paint work I fear 10 1
