Jeep and Bantam, differences?

I have a few 1:35 scale Jeep kits and I have seen one of a Bantam 40 for sale.  What are the differences and are those differences enough that I would need to buy the Bantam kit, or would it be easy to modify one of my Jeep kits?

To me the differences are to big to start a conversion when a correct kit is available.
