I hadn't intended to buy any more kits at the moment - the Airfix Stalwart is on it's way and a re-release of the 1/48 Airfix SeaKing is on pre-order, which should arrive sometime soon.

But, hold on a moment!!  The Model Centre was highlighted on this great forum as having some big reductions!

Curiosity got the better of me and that's where it all went wrong ......

A full interior kit with 40% ...  yes, 40% off ...... well, it just had to be done.

And I didn't have a King Tiger in the not-a-stash stash ..... (that's what I told Mrs. K anyway!

Keith ☺️

You can't say no to 40% discount.

My "last" purchase, I didn't want this version at all originally, but the Soviet version was sold out immediately. This one is no longer available either. In short, sold out. It's a pretty detailed kit, with a full interior.

This is pretty cool, although after my struggles with M3 I'm not keen on interior kits. At least not for a while.

I understand your feelings, dear colleague, MiniArt interior kits are kits for real enthusiasts. They are high quality, beautiful and very detailed.

Arrived in the post today:

Bronco CB35149 Cruiser Tank Mk.I/I CS (A9).

Not had a Bronco kit before so wasn't sure what to expect, but the moulding looks good with plenty of detail. An unusual subject and a nice change from the usual suspects.

Very nice Stef!

I've been tempted the 1/16th PAK 40, but have resisted so far!  :talktothehand:

It looks a bit more complicated than I thought it would but it will make a great standalone gun.👍

I like the Hotchkiss H39. Been tempted by that one, too.

It was reasonably cheap and will be a good kit to do after a complex build. It looks great too.👍

Your holiday hunt looks decent. Meng did a really nice job with Kubelwagens, I have both versions in my stash and they look ace. H39 is on my wishlist.

After recently doing the Tamiya one I wanted to try the Meng one and see how they compare. Price wasn't too bad either.👍

How as your away trip?
I’m with Ian on the hotchkiss, looks good.

Very nice. Well worth a visit. 5 different towns and all different but interesting in their own way. Gloucestershire is a good county. 👍👍

I’ve been once (old job training years ago) they put me up in this beautiful old thatched cottage attached to a pub /gastro pub… beautiful part of England. They get good weather too! Nice one.

New recruit to the stash:

MiniArt 35487 Sonderanhanger Ost 1.5T German Cargo Trailer.

A nice simple kit (by MiniArt standards), just 4 sprues and 58 parts, and no pesky photo etch!

That looks alright, I hadn't noticed that kit before. Now you need a Miniart, thousand sprue, interior kit to go in front of it.😂👍

Funny you should say that, although I've done it the other way round. :penguin:

A couple of months ago I got a MiniArt RSO/01 Early, and thought it would look good towing something.

I've a feeling the RSO will take a lot longer to put together than the trailer...

I'm very tempted by those two kits as I think it makes for a very eye catching combination...I see Miniart are doing early, mid and late versions of the RSO.

Originally I was going to get an anti-tank gun to go with the RSO, but the trailer just suits it better. Quirky and different.
