rockpopandchips Posted December 12, 2024 Author Posted December 12, 2024 Well that the Kaiju finished, now for the effects parts in the same blue, but I might add a little somthing to them... oh and the base. This was one of the printes I managed on the anycubic M5S before I got rid of it and details like the teeth and some of the claws and muscle details are very poor. It looks like it's been printed at 0.08 and not 0.03mm 4
Yg Models Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 details still fine. seems original 3d file is scale down from 1/10 to to 75mm 1
rockpopandchips Posted December 13, 2024 Author Posted December 13, 2024 I finished printing the cybergirl., but I did have a little printing error on her hand, it looks a little squished and out of shape, so instead of printing it again I performed some surgery. I used the test prints hand for a hand transplant. Other than that the details on this are outstanding. Funky looking hand, probably not well supported, by me. Separated the two hands I have printed Just a very small bit of filling and this will be all fixed 5
Hunter Rose Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 Good job with the repair, thats a really nice print 1

Yg Models Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 the base is too thick for large scale figure, trim down the bottom.😗 i also have cat/pyon ear. 🐱🐰 1
rockpopandchips Posted December 15, 2024 Author Posted December 15, 2024 19 hours ago, Yg Models said: thick for large scale figure, Yes, going to cut of the outer 10mm. Put some skin on her and going with some masking sol, I also sprayed the effect parts blue purple for the Kaiju. 4 1
rockpopandchips Posted December 16, 2024 Author Posted December 16, 2024 Note to self, you can not use masking sol over gloss you only just sprayed 2 hours earlier, if you do it's like to pull of the lovely paint to spent so much time laying down......AAAAARRRRRRRR!!!! 1 1 3
rockpopandchips Posted December 19, 2024 Author Posted December 19, 2024 Some wip pictures of the Hallowed Ghost face while I overcome my trauma of the cyberpunk. I have painted her a black/blue colour and once the gloss has had time to dry I will redo the skin. As for Ghost face I have tried to introduce some details to the very low-detail print. Still, some more dripping to add and I will pop up the ref pic for you all. 4
rockpopandchips Posted December 19, 2024 Author Posted December 19, 2024 This is the PC render I'm using as my reference. 2
Yg Models Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 (edited) nice effect painting. i don't have 3d printer, so pay print service directly, Sam & Lara 😆 Edited December 19, 2024 by Yg Models 3
rockpopandchips Posted December 20, 2024 Author Posted December 20, 2024 Just what I wanted to avoid..... 2
rockpopandchips Posted December 20, 2024 Author Posted December 20, 2024 All repainted, its not perfect but it a load better, and not much cleanup after all that masking, that's surprising. 4
rockpopandchips Posted December 21, 2024 Author Posted December 21, 2024 Up early this morning and had time to do a bit of painting, tidy up the edges of the skin and armour, hair painted but I will run a drybrush highlight over it, you can see my clumsy eye painting and starting picking out some details, starting with the belts with a dark green. I would like to add some bright pink and blue to her, just not sure how and were at the moment. I did think about a splatter patern or even a Jix style graffiti. 5

I painted in the big skull, wanted to add some warmer red tones as they from Hell. So over the pale bone l, I added some very thinned red ink and some citadel skeleton contract paint, that has lot of yellow tones, it's a new one to me and I really like the way it covers over the gray tones. I only picked out end of the horns and the face area Not much to see of the base with the figure on. 4
Yg Models Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 for me, i will paint diablo in red, base in dark grey, don't know original color scheme for Lilith😅 btw, have you play Diablo 4? i prefer path of exile 2 more.😗 1

I'm just in it for the great figures. So I did a bit of work on Lilith. Skin done and the dress had a blue wash, just to see and I think the blue/grey might be the way to go. 4
