Yes.    Well technically no ….the system is basically a layered approach..thermal under cover with the upper or outer cam net ..

the cam net is available.AK springs to mind and the rocking horse version made by Eduard which is Photo etch and is really nice ..

I’ve made some before using green stuff as the under cover as they are made in removable panels then the cam net on top
