Russ, I do wish you'd stop bothering us with such great pictures of your wonderful models.....!!! :tease:  🤣

Once again that's another gem of a build off your bench, beautifully built and finished, and I still wish I could find some of that black magic you use to brush paint like that!

Top job - again!! :nodding:

Another cracker, really nice model. Do I recall correctly that you paint by brush or am I mistaken? Either way great finish and weathering.

Wow! That is seriously nice!

Am I wrong thinking this is basically a Shiden with floaters?

Thanks Seb, I believe the Shiden was developed from the `Rex`

Try the other way around.  The Shiden was Kyofu on wheels.

I have a special weakness for WWII float planes of any nation.  This one is a beauty.  So nicely finished and weathered.  Is it the 1/48 or 1/72 kit and it looks like maybe Tamiya?  Just an excellent job.  Thanks for sharing.

Excellent as always!

I do like the IJN float planes of all types.  They really had a lot of roles for this type of aircraft and they look very distinctive.

👏👏👏
