Yep, two of them. One after the other.

Looks as if the whole of the RAF was there (excepting the BBMF).

One flght of the Typhoons went by the call sign" Memorial Flight" in honour of the recent loss of the Spitfire pilot.

Very vood pics by the way. Watched it all on telly.

Very nice! Good to see you had some blue sky there!

Thanks, Latinbear! Unfortunately, the blue sky was patchy, meaning a lot of grey aircraft against a grey sky!

Indeed, I think most of the fixed-wing types were represented.

Thanks very much, Paul. Yes the lead formation with the D-Day Typhoon used the Memorial Flight callsign.

Thanks for posting the pics. Given the numbers of aircraft in service, it's a bit sad that we couldn't manage to put up a much better showing, rather than the apparent absolute minimum.......

Thanks Jon. I'm pleased that you enjoyed the shots, but disappointing that you didn't see them.

Fantastic images once again Leigh from an excellent vantage point. I may have to come and find you next year!  Pleased to see the Vespina Voyager, and the RC-135 also looks great.

Kind regards

Hello L,

I missed this as I was on duty...

:rofl2:

EXQUISITE Set of photographs  and given the look of the weather in your photographs  I think you still did an amazing  job getting  fantastic set of  photographs.

Yes as another member stated, it would have been different and nice to see something else fly past from our dear RAF.   { I agree with your wise mother }...But these were just fantastic that you took.

Glad you had a great time...

Thank you.
