There are a few minor differences between US and UK built Mk VIIIs.  This looks like a UK built one.  Most noticeably the deletion of the rearmost side MG positions in the superstructure and the tube-shrouded Browning M1919 MGs (which look more like Lewis guns).  Beware of looking at US period pictures as many of them are of the original mild steel prototype which was shipped over to the US as a pattern.  That is recognisable by having exhaust pipes on each side right at the rear, unique to the prototype.
