Kingsman Posted June 14 Posted June 14 According to Scalemates there is one from F&A Miniatures in 1/76 and 1/48. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/fanda-miniatures-fa-72003-mark-viii-liberty--1383545 They don't seem to have a website but do have a Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/fandm.miniatures/ 2
Kingsman Posted June 15 Posted June 15 There are a few minor differences between US and UK built Mk VIIIs. This looks like a UK built one. Most noticeably the deletion of the rearmost side MG positions in the superstructure and the tube-shrouded Browning M1919 MGs (which look more like Lewis guns). Beware of looking at US period pictures as many of them are of the original mild steel prototype which was shipped over to the US as a pattern. That is recognisable by having exhaust pipes on each side right at the rear, unique to the prototype. 2
gamevender Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Vargas does a very nice 3D printed one in both 1/35 and 1/72. This is the 1/72 version. 1
John Tapsell Posted October 6 Posted October 6 The F&A Miniatures kits are 3d printed resin, not plastic. I own several F&A Miniatures kits and I like them all thus far.
Kingsman Posted October 6 Posted October 6 @gamevender if that's the Vargas kit it's missing the 4 camouflage pole brackets each side.
