SPAD64 Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Now , we have to find the submarine in the same scale…
Ed Russell Posted June 2, 2024 Posted June 2, 2024 That would be 5 ft long. You can get a modern Scorpene in 1/72 at just under 3 ft long. That's 1kg of 3D resin. You better allow a bit over 2kg once you have done the plans. 😀

JWM Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 There are photos with national (French) insignia on side of fuselage what suggest 1940 (I think) And with modified tail in RN service: Interesting if these will be in box? Regards J-W 2
KRK4m Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 An interesting toy that existed in three copies and flew with two different engines, two types of horizontal tail, two types of vertical tail (introduced independently of the horizontal one), in the colours of two users and at least in three different paint schemes. You can fill half of the display case with them . Cheers Michael 3 1

It would be interesting to see any drawings of it...

TheyJammedKenny! Posted January 8 Posted January 8 This seems very much like a "pet project." Is it injection-molded? It seems to me Fly had potential to release something with a bit more scope of appeal.

JWM Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I have a doubt about the first scheme. It has a roundel on side and this was AFAIR introduced in early 1940, not in 1936, when the unit emblem was instead of roundel...
