BLÅHAJ Posted May 19, 2024 Posted May 19, 2024 (edited) Dekls saudi hawk made using the revell 1/72 red arrows kit. The decals were difficult to apply as they required 2 layers to get the colours right and cutting around the fins on the wing but they look OK now. Paint used is revell emerald green Edited May 19, 2024 by BLÅHAJ First Post and I didnt know how to add text 13
HPoirot Posted May 19, 2024 Posted May 19, 2024 An interesting livery, well done! 👍 A little stand could perhaps help show it off better? These are rarely available with the kits nowadays unfortunately, but can sometimes be found separately - e.g. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/airfix-af1008-aircraft-display-stand-assortment-1-72--100397 Alternatively, a length of wire could be suitably bent to form a base and have an end fit into the reactor opening? 2 1

I dont have the shelf space for a stand. It is currently hanging from my ceiling with some other planes. These photos were from before i hung it up Edited May 19, 2024 by BLÅHAJ 2
