Dear fellow Britmodellers,

here's another small-scale Bf-109 from AZ Model in colors of the Romanian Air Force in 1944/45.

Photos by Wolfgang Rabel.

I added Brengun photo-etch, pitot tube from Master and decals from DK ("Romanian Roundels over Czechoslovakia 1944/45"). The model was painted with Mr.Hobby acrylics.

Beautiful work. The colorful markings sort of negate the camouflage but I do like the contrast. Very nice.

Another masterpiece added to your collection Roman. I continue to be impressed with your ability to accurately replicate the complex camouflage patterns found on late war Luftwaffe aircraft. Wolfgang’s photographs also set the standard and bring out the best of your subjects. :goodjob:

Nice: always good to see a German build in other than Luftwaffe markings. The Romanian roundels after they changed sides are particularly striking, not least as said above because of the contrast with the camo.
