To start the ball rolling, here are my two builds of El Salvadorean aircraft. Both are in 1/72nd scale. The O2 is from the somewhat indifferent Airfix kit with some additions and homemade markings. The Ouragon is the Heller kit, not sure where the decals came from.

Although I will not be entering this GB as I have nothing suitable in the stash, I do have one model in the collection that qualifies.  RS Models Curtiss Hawk II, Fuerza Area Boliviana, Gran Chaco Boreal 1933.

I think this was my first multi media model and brush painted so a bit rough in places, but I like the engine.

This is a Curtiss Hawk P-1 of the 1st Air Group, Chile:

Wings are from a 1/72 Monogram P-6E kit, the rest is scratch built. Chile was the first major export order for the Hawk biplane pursuit, with some 16 purchased.

This is a Northrop A-17 flown by 74th Attack Squadron, part of the Panama garrison (and the most modern ;part of it) in 1938.

Kit was the MPM 1/72 A-17. It's boxed in various guises, also appearing with another wing sprua as the A.17A (retracting landing gear).

I used to build a lot of Chaco War subjects.  Whilst I still have the resulting models, I lost most of the photos via Photobucket.

Here are a few photos that I still somehow have to hand.  All are 1/72.

I have been building a lot of "South of the Rio Grande" 1/72 models lately! First, here are some from my "Last Legs Ponies" project, these from Haiti, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Curacao (USAAF).
