Does any one here know what has happened to V F R models? The website is still up but shows all the kits sold out. I have emailed them but no reply yet. I think he was/ is a member here. Any ideas?

I have contacted him recently. He is working on new projects so is still active. I would email him if there is anything specific that you need. Hope you are feeling much better ?

Hope he issues a few more of his lovely range of light aircraft. I've bought a few over the past few years - but yet to build any.

Sadly the website has been down/unreachable for a week or two now. So possibly VFR Models has ceased trading?

I've been buying up a few of his lovely little General Aviation types. I've also been keeping an eye on the website for any new releases. No luck. It will be a shame, and quite a loss. There is no one else producing these aircraft types, as far as I am aware :(

Same here. I put off ordering the Cessna 172's. Now it looks like I've missed out.

Whilst 'Googling' I did find that there was/is a VFR Models Facebook page. I'm not on Facebook myself, so couldn't really get onto it. The last entry seemed to be August '23

Harry of VFR Models posts on here as @Bangseat As far as I know he's pretty much a one man band, so I'm guessing life and a real job have got in the way of VFR Models production, hopefully they'll return at some point...

I also had a no-reply after inquiring about the kits I ordered and paid for 😞

Same... he went from replying to me on Messenger to just crickets, but yet he still reads my messages asking for updates.

We received some Austers recently if anyone is after them

Harry is still going but is in long term hiatus now due to work and family commitments, his website is down as paying for the payments portal is no longer needed. We think it is a hiatus rather than a complete closure.

At some stage, we still intend to do the 172 as an ATC model

It would be a loss if VFR Models disappears. Their Socata Tampico (the plane I learned to fly in) turned out quite nicely with a little loving attention and detailing:
