British Airways Viscount 800

Here's my Eastern Express 1/144 Viscount 800 finished as G-AOYM of British Airways using 26 Decals, just finished in the Baby Boomers group build. I flew on these between Manchester and the Isle of Man many times so this one has been high up the to-do list for a long time. Build thread is here:

Yankee Mike was a regular at Glasgow in the early 1980s and seeing your model brought back happy spotting memories.

 

In your build thread you mention keeping the nose leg safe during building. I know it's a bit late for this model but here is how I do it using a foam "bead" cut in half and taped to the fuselage over the leg.
