Scammell Commander and Chieftain

Recommended Posts

At last the vehicles are done, been a long haul and a few issues to say the least, learnt a fair bit doing this, couple of accessories and one figure to do, backscene was a local lane, measured out exact width of base full size  filled frame and printed to scale.

A friend of mine joined the REME. Passed his HGV test and 24 hours later was driving one of those across Saudi Arabia.

Nice build.

You've got more staying power than I have Mark, but it paid off. That's a great looking combination. Well done.

Hi Mark,

Nice couple, together with their figure, telling a little story.
Excellent presentation of the model, in his urn, safe from external "aggressions", very elegant.

Cheers

Francis.👍

Excellent outcome! Well done!

My only criticism/observation is that the display baseboard is too tight for the model. Much better, in my opinion, to have more space.

totally agree s bit more space wouldn’t have hurt, Im thinking space for the long term, and transporting it now and again, next one size similar will be the V1 launch ramp, also at some point a bailey bridge with multiple wagons on it, and no idea where I will put my 24th Mossie and Typhoon when I do them 🤣

cheers again
