Hello Gents....

I'll add some pics later....

Since 3rd day of gales.... I took some pics and saw the kit moving with the wind....

Stressful experience....

So family pics will come later....

Sorry about that.....:raincloud::raincloud:

In Oz country I sayyyyy.....

That will maybe please @Dunny....

NAS Nowra in 1953, if it is an improved Airfix kit, the decals came from the Errormaster sheet 48-703

724 NAS

IMG_20240416_132941

Paints are ye good old Humbrol... It was a looong time that I didn't used glycero paints....

IMG_20240416_132952

Seemingly, it has been an one of a kind paint scheme used for airshows

I was tempted by another EDSG:Sky scheme in Korea but I already have a FAA one....

And another FAA one with that same paint scheme....

IMG_20240416_132956

Interior has been improved with scratchbuild parts and a quickboost gun sight....

IMG_20240416_133012

More pics will come when the weather will permit it....

For the one interested by the Sea Fury factory, here below it is

Comments are welcome, banters are mandatory....

See you soon.

Sincerely.

Hi CC - your Sea Fury looks very nice in the Oxford blue scheme - here are a couple of photos I took in February 1970 at Bankstown Airport NSW - It would be challenging to paint it looking very weathered like this - the red Sea Fury was on the civilian register as VH-BOU (ex WH588/114) at that time & both were sold to USA at some years later.

They were both ex RAN aircraft WH589/115 & WH588/114.

above photo found on a Google search.

Great finish, Alain, on this handsome aircraft - actually one of the very few British fighters that attract me (don't tell anybody at Britmodeller!).

The blue Sea Fury is done just great.  Then you gave a bonus of the beautifully built and finished Spitfire and the loaded Fury.  All are really nicely done.  Thanks for sharing.

You, getting out of the Naughty Corner CC? :rofl2:

The only chance you have of getting out of the Naughty Corner is by opening up a portal to another dimension; and then you would probably find Mme CC waiting for you with a Naughty Corner of her own devising. Sill want to escape? No? I thought not!

Really nice Sea Fury!

I agree it looks particularly impressive in the deep blue colour.

Certainly a very imposing looking aircraft. 👏👏👏

No way, I'm helpless...:drink::drink:

It's that Martians fault. If he says something silly he should expect something daft in return!
