Make sure you let me know the dates.

I reckon even just acceptable rigging is better than none - that's the excuse I always use anyway!

Jockney, put me down for a Sopwith Camel. Found a local connection to them being used near me during WW1.

I have one of those, might be an excuse to build it. Possibly knock up another Cobham related aircraft the HP Clive by converting a Contrail vac.

Both Kangaroos (airliner and bomber), backdating a Contrail to HP W8, painted 'pea green' and a couple of Shorts biplane Vacs all sitting needing attention !

My name isn't on your list yet Pat but, with a good selection of biplanes in the stash, I'd like it added please and thank you :)

Hi Richard

Please forgive my incompetence at not having welcomed you or put you on the list before now :banghead:

No excuses just complete muppetry on my part

No forgiveness required Pat; you've counted me before the deadline for the bunfight, that's what matters!

Let's see if we can get this pushed over the line; We're nearly there; surely there's more folk out there who want to give a Biplane GB a try? I'd have thought rigging novices would find a GB an excellent environment to give it a go; plenty of support and encouragement and others to learn the ropes alongside?

Come on in, the water's lovely!

Cheers, Richard.

OK, sign me up please.

I'm teetering on the brink of the unknown with my first bi-plane., I've always avoided them because of the rigging.  I've got an Airfix 1:48 Tiger Moth and a 1:144 HP42 Heracles that will need a lot of string slinging.
