JOCKNEY Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 OK, now you have all got at least one of these in the stash and usually the fear of rigging ( I'm looking at you @Jinxman ) puts us off ever building them. I laugh in the face of rigging, 😄. Now where is that Contrail Supermarine Southampton - count me in if you would, good sir! 1 1
Tim R-T-C Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I'm definitely in, got a stash full of Valom biplanes. Will quads be allowed too? 😁 4 1 1
ColonelKrypton Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 count me in too, please and thank you. cheers, Graham 1
John Masters Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Oh yes…I do love a good rigging session! Count me in… 1
Corsairfoxfouruncle Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I will figure something out snd try stretched sprue for rigging ? Maybe I can find one of the old 1/28 Revell kits ? 2
stevehnz Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Yes please, I can think of several that involve minimal rigging. Steve. 1 1
Jb65rams Posted April 1, 2024 Posted April 1, 2024 Please add me to the list, got about 40 in the stash, so should be able to find one or two to enter. 1

Cheers Pat I think we should swap kits - I've got the older version where the wings look like they have been covered in hessian. But it does come with some of the old Contrail strut material which will be very useful, 😀. All we need to do is get this GB onto the calendar and we are away! 1

Bobby No Mac Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 As someone who's become a bit bi-curious in recent months as a result of the forthcoming Airfix Bristol Bulldog (I've also taken a punt on the Tamiya Swordfish and I'm likely to snap up Airfix's re-pop of the Walrus), count me in 1 1

theplasticsurgeon Posted April 7, 2024 Posted April 7, 2024 I've got this one, count me in. And this one vouched for Classic Airfix later this year. 3 1
WarhoffModels Posted April 18, 2024 Posted April 18, 2024 You know what, I got a biplane in the stash that is 1/72 that I've been scared of building, but this GP could be a good chance to get to it eventually 😆 I'm in lads! 1
Keeff Posted April 25, 2024 Posted April 25, 2024 Well, there's times when you have to push your own skills, right? Nothing in my not-a-stash stash, but I'm up for something different! Keith 😁 1
Black Knight Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 Add my name to the list please I was waiting till you got past no.13 Its not that I'm superstitious, but why take chances? 3
Pin Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 I loooooove biplanes and plenty I have. Briefly looked through my stash, 20 boxes would qualify, among them some monsters and rarities like Bizerte, Bodmin, Overstrand, Gotha IV, Felixtowe etc. so one GB may not be enough 1
Richard Humm Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 I have a few biplanes that need to get built (and possibly even rigged). I'm in. 1
Ray S Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 Count me in on this one please. I have quite a few contenders, to say the least Ray 2
