Not sure if this should be in paints, rumourmonger (but it's not a kit) or somewhere else. Feel free to move it mods.

 

Newsh is the name.

 

Is it just a glorified thinner? Not by the looks of it, but it's certainly interesting, almost looks like a Flory wash application.

 

Great for 40K etc,  a bit clumsy for fine engraved panel lines though?
