I don't know what sort of price point they will go for but will be very interested to see, and hope they can make it competitive. I still very much like the Academy P-38 family, it builds a lot easier than the Hasegawa one and, being widely available at less than half the price of the brilliant Tamiya kit, still makes a very viable market alternative for those working to a budget. But pricing will be key, because if I were being asked to spend £40 or £50 on the Academy plastic rather than £20-£25, I would go to Tamiya

The original Academy F/J kits are £23.99/£24.99 at Hannants, H2K seem to be all about value and their other Academy boxings are around the same price, so wouldn't expect North of £30, probably even less than that!

Polish ksmodel.pl has it for 112 PLN, approximately £22.
