Recommended Posts

Hello everybody … I am finishing builds that were started in 2022 before my health took a turn for the worse. I am presenting three spitfire’s today. The third will be the Mk.Vc flown by F/Ltn. John Plagis 185 Squadron Hal Far Malta June 1942.

Look at you.  Three Spitfires all in different schemes.  This Malta Spitfire looks good and the Malta scheme is just a hair's breath away from being as great looking as the desert scheme I just looked at.  Well done on your trio of doom shelf builds.  Thanks for sharing all of them.

  • Corsairfoxfouruncle changed the title to Flt. Ltn. John Plagis 185 Sq. Spitfire Mk.Vc Hal Far Malta June 1942.

One small correction and nothing to do with the modelling.

The RAF Flight Lieutenant rank is usually abbreviated as Flt Lt.

Thank you I was just reusing the description from the decals and Google. Ive changed the title line now.

Great looking Spit Dennis. Hope that your health is picking up again.

Hello John yes slowly getting better. 22 months and counting so I’m really ready to get back to normal. At least as normal as I can be.
