dov Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Hallo This is my first Messerschmitt 109 F-2 in 1/48. I built so many 109, but never an F-2. Anyway in this building there are some flaws in the instruction. I changed the etched parts to Quintas. Makes sense really! It is a real upgrade of interior. More precisely. Have done many 109s now, but Quintas excels all etched parts. In detail and color! Plus it is easier to handle! Saves a headache, at least. This aircraft represents the a/c from Peter Bremer in fall of 1941 in Russia. https://www.asisbiz.com/il2/Bf-109F/JG54/pages/Messerschmitt-Bf-109F2-2.JG54-Black-12-Peter-Bremer-Russia-1941-01.html The camo was a challenge. But today I take every challenge of camo, since I know already what to do. If you are interested in detail, so look at my WIP: Take a look: Happy modelling 25 1
