BorisAlexandrov Posted July 25, 2023 Posted July 25, 2023 Inspired by the T-80BVM "Fury" captured by the Ukrainians and used by the 93rd Mechanized Brigade for training purposes. Β Β Kit used: Trumpeter 09587. Honestly speaking it's just yet another kit spammed down their T-80 series, as Trumpeter would typically do, judging by the apparent instruction mistakes inherited from its predecessors. If you follow the instruction step by step in wool-gathering mode you'll end up with a T-80 tank with some very funny-looking upper plates and turret ERAs. Β I can't really complain anything about the details though, except the turret casting texture being too even and looks like it's stamped by a walnut. Parts go together easily and fit pretty well too. 32 1
senux Posted July 25, 2023 Posted July 25, 2023 great T-80! Nice done!Β π Great slogan on the right side fender. Is it documented in pictures or this is pure your "..if" variant? In both case it deserves attention.Β πͺ Can you spell the inscription on the left fender?Β 1

In both case it deserves attention.Β πͺ Can you spell the inscription on the left fender?Β Hi Senux, Β The slogan on the right side skirt is inspired by this photoshopped image: Β Β It's a T-80BVM abandoned and captured in the very early days of the war (late Feb 2022). The Z symbol was originally painted on the foremost "Relikt" ERA box on the side of the turret (the one to the left of the tactical number 659) but was photoshopped to the left skirt.Β Β The left side skirt says "ΡΡΠ±ΠΎΠ²ΠΈΠΉ"(educational, training), indicating that it's a tank driven by trainees. 3 1
vytautas Posted July 25, 2023 Posted July 25, 2023 Looks just great π! It's about the tank. Looks just great π! Now I'm talking about the inscription on the right side Β These two components gave an excellent result. I really liked your work! Β Vytautas 1
