Well, I wanted to avoid that, but apparently no one is in a hurry to be the first in this gallery, so I'll start 🙂

Build thread here

I used an incomplete StuH 42 kit (I think) from my spares box. The design focuses on the visual effect, not on historical fidelity 😉

Wow....!

Looking like I can grab a podium place in the gallery with my first effort 😎

I had the bulk of an old Airfix Lockheed Hudson going spare along with various spares from doing Lockheed Twins, so I set about getting a taste for the Entropy style of building with this and little in the way of a plan.

I ended up with this......

An entire family have moved in and made a home in it. If you remember the rhyme about the Old Lady who lived in a shoe, She had so many children she didn't know what to do ....

Well, the kids are growing up and they have moved up in the world, now residing in a Lockheed Super Electra.😎

The old Airfix kit has some serious faults and issues and really this is the best solution for what to do with it.

I've been using sets of railway figures now made by Dapol and they are remarkably good - I think they may have been originally tooled by Kitmaster. There are several used in the scene. Cockpit canopy framework and engine mount frame were scratch built with sprue ,and I cloned some corrugated sheets with piedish Ali over the roof of a Junkers Ju52 airliner. One covers the turret opening and two guys are working on the situation with a ladder.....

And I installed a stovepipe in the roof for the woodburning stove.

This GB is a BLAST 🤭🤩

SO much fun, with a load of creative ideas and a bunch of wreckage!👍

Nearly forgot, here's the WIP link

I started this one just messing around with the Airfix FW190 starter kit I bought cheap and cheerful in a supermarket "middle aisle".

Marklo came up with a reference pic of a remote forest find which was eventually restored to flying condition and flies in America.

The forest was in Russia so that was a big NO from me, but the narrative changed to a "Defence of the Reich" aircraft in perhaps Holland or its home territory.

Some fun hacking the control surfaces for corroded fabric on frames, a small team of searchers doing some clearing around the aircraft and general woodland floor.

The new generation Airfix kits are really rather good...... But you got to hack SOMETHING up..... 🤩

The build, short and sweet, is here including Marklo's photo and a YouTube link relating the story of the find and eventual restoration

How much fun can you have just wrecking things...... ⁉️😋

Finally got some pictures together… post apocalyptic scene featuring two militia types and a remodelled tamiyaGepard. All in 1/35. I’ve called it accretion disk to summon the idea that the ground is a black hole swallowing up  the tank… bit a bit of a mystery of what lurks beneath.
Wip is going below:

Rust Never Sleeps.

AMT 1/25 scale 1950 Chevy 3100.

My entry for the Entropy GB is this rusty, grubby pickup truck.

Not totally beyond rescue, but it would need a fair bit of work.

Thanks to the hosts for stepping in to make sure the GB happened.

Finally we get the last of the summer sun it seems. ☀️ I actually managed some pics inbetween chores. Thanks for creating such a fantastic Group build. I have enjoyed this immensely and managed to build a kit that was destined for life in half built limbo.
Name aside this isn’t an active SAS jeep it’s a willies that was bought up and used for civilian duties until some plonker drove her into the drink. Thanks to all that followed along and a bigger thanks to those that have taken part. I have loved watching your builds come to fruition.

Any way enough of my yakkin’ here’s my offering.
