My first Arma kit, and very enjoyable it was too!

Mustang Mk.III in 1/72, the basic Arma set rather than the Expert, so no PE, resin or anything of the sort - but very nicely detailed nevertheless!

Finished as a 112 Sqn machine in Italy during 1944. Paints are Vallejo Model Air, with light weathering in Humbrol enamels (53/72 for the exhaust and 53 for the cordite) and a Vallejo black wash, which dries too quickly for my liking. Build thread here:

This is a Bf 109G-10 in Yugoslav service, built from the (not lovely) 1/72 Revell kit with lovely Exito decals.

It is one of two Gustavs (the other in Croatian markings) I'm building in this GB as part of my Minor Gustavs project, so see you back here in a bit with another RFI! Here's the WIP:

1/72 Yugoslav Farman F.190

This model represents a Farman F.190 airliner, as operated by the Yugoslav airline Aeroput for a period during 1936/37.  The plane was used for evaluation purposes (including some commercial passenger flights), and is believed to have retained its original French livery and markings for some, if not all, of its Aeroput service.

The model was built OOB from an SBS Model resin kit, but with the necessary decals being taken from a variety of sources.

An older Special Hobby kit almost OOB. Scratch built the ventral cupola, main gear wells, and bombardier's station. Mostly Mig-Ammo paints with a little bit of AK interactive and Tamiya thrown in for good measure.

Here's my second build for this GB, the Italeri 1/72nd scale FIAT CR-32, based in Sardinia.  Nice little kit and I have always had a soft spit for this aircraft.  Besides it's very sporty Italian looking late-1930s design, it was one of my late father's favorite aircraft as well.  So in this way, I honour him.  The base may not be completely accurate but I think it is better than green grass.

The WiP is here...

As the second of my Balkan Gustavs built in this GB, this is Croatia, a 1/72 Academy Bf 109G-14 built OOB with decals from LiftHere. She is the sixth Gustav of my "Minor Gustavs" project. I found this one challenging what with all of the overpainting going on, but it sure made it interesting!

I liked it with this filter, somehow felt more "1945."

Here she is with her Balkan mate, Yugoslavia, the Revell Bf 109G-10 (featured above).

Really enjoyed this GB and the other features in the gallery. Thanks all!
