Roman Schilhart
Dear fellow Britmodellers, after Eduard's announcement to expand their 1/72 Bf-109 range to later variants I decided to reduce my stash of AZ Model Bf-109's. This is the G10 WNF boxing, built with photo etch from Brengun, vacu canopy from Rob Taurus, pitot tube from Master and decal markings from Eagle Cals, representing an aircraft of II./JG 52 in 1945. I painted with Mr.Hobby acrylics and weathered with artist oils. Photographs by Wolfgang Rabel. Best greetings from Austria! Roman
HL-10
That is sweet! Can't believe it's only 72nd scale! I had to double check as I thought it was 48th! Excellent work, very impressive

Sky Keg
Ha Roman!!!! The AZ Bf-109 is mere child`s play for you now. Each subsequent one you build looks more realistic and perfect compared to the previous one ( as if that is possible!!!!! ) Outstanding results as we have come to expect from you. Doc72
That's a great looking 109! The camouflage pattern on the side of cowling looks interesting. Did you use masking fluid (Maskol or something like that) to create the effect?
MACALAIN
Well done. Alain

The aircraft was painted according to a photograph in Kagero's "Bf-109 G/K, Part 1", page 50. The nose sides seem to show a "fish scale" pattern which was recreated using small blobs of Uhu Tac.
georgeusa
I agree with Doc72 that a striking aspect of this aircraft is the front cowl "fish scale" pattern that so differs from the rest of the body's mottle effect. Well done on all aspects of putting this kit together, painting it, and weathering it. Looks great. Thanks for sharing.
adt70hk
That's an excellent finish. I built a couple of AZ 109s last year for the first time. Whilst they're not awful they do present issues especially with a lack of fixing points on the fuselage. Again very well done. Andrew

Winded Penguin
A lot of small added details packed into 1/72 scale 👍 I like the colour scheme a lot.

Luis Alfonso
Hi My Friend Roman!!! It's a pleasure to have chance again to watch a New masterpiece from your now huge collection made with Higher standards and finished in great way as always. Without a doubt agree with the SkyKeg comments, really a great job done each time you build one AZ 109. Liked a lot the way it was finished with that software weather unserside and in the exhaust área...really a nice job. Thank you very much for sharing!!! Cheers!!
