Zigomar
Hello folks! With this model I end up my project of the late 109 production. Really hard to tell the differences between a G14 As and a G 10! This is the plane of Lt Walter Köhne when flying with the 6 /JG11, thus the yellow band of the defense of the Reich. Köhne used to have the name of his pet on the fuselage, Satan was his dog! This deco is provided by Eduard but I did it with masks. Now I am finished with the late 109! 89CB361B-EF4E-4564-A45B-016275B1CB30_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr 610C0390-DF65-440C-BC55-6B5EC05A3A5F_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr E14AF735-C85F-47C0-9ADA-0131118CBE41_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr 3CECA677-1D2C-426A-A4B4-62AC168EC919_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr 0DA8E740-4734-470A-9FE9-24BB6DA3C539_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr 3D4FA779-F3C4-41C2-B8A2-27EF7AB085C5_1_201_a by jean Barby, sur Flickr 45

Mattlow
That's a beauty, love the subtle weathering. With the lower chin 'bumps' and the higher oil tank filler I can't think of anything else eternal that would differentiate it from a G-10, apart from the werk number.. (maybe the cold starting device cover on the stbd side?) Thanks for sharing. Matt

Autle
Super sharp looking 109 Jean, weathering is spot on to my eyes, not to mention the cracking paint job. Well done.

Andy Dyck
It turns out brilliant Jean! Cool and subtle and realistic weathering! Also nice presentation! One question: wich color brand did you use? And was the ring antenna in this copper color? Thx for sharing Cheers Andy
Zigomar
Merci Andy! To answer your questions I am , for years, fan of Mr Color lacquers, that's what we got here. Concerning the ring antenna, I was just lazy to paint it in black! Best regards my friend.

I use acrilyc inks (black and burnt sierra) diluted with alcohol, a 0,15 nozzle and 1bar pressure. Better train yourself first! Cheers.
Holzhamer
Excellent build, very nice camouflage paintwork. Doing this same kit at the moment (the box artwork livery) and the poor quality of the insert section of the Morane antenna really surprised me

By experience, I start with it when the wing is not glued!
