Nice experimental’s and prototypes are very encouraged to make appearances. Shall I add you to the list ?

Sounds like a plan. Grumman's Panther and Cougar spring to mind. The stash would be able to offer up others.

Nice idea Dennis.

Please add me to the list. I recon I can squeeze a Meteor or an an early Starfighter or maybe a Vampire out of this one.

Grumman’s always make good choices.

@Corsairfoxfouruncle Pretty please sir? Vicker Viscount? prototype flew in 1948 but didn't enter service until 1953; I've the S&M Models -800 in the stash if that's acceptable?

Yes the Viscount is good, if it was built and/or operated at some point in the 1950’s it counts.

Mmm, fifties, let me see, Venom, Vampire, Washington, Hastings, Provost, Hunter, Valetta, Sunderland, Anson, Attacker, Sycamore, Whirlwind, Meteor, Swift, Javelin, Valiant, Gannet, Avenger, Auster AOP, Neptune, etc, all sat in the stash, and hopefully the Dora Wings FD2 before long.

I reckon I am in for this GB

This sounds a great idea, please add me to your list. Good luck in the bun fight later.

Not my usual era but that means it’ll make me build something different.  It’ll be an excuse to add a Gannet or a Wyvern to my collection so count me in.

Oops already signed up. I’m surprised this isn’t getting more traction as it was a period where aviation went through massive change and the more I look the more excited interesting subjects I unearth.

Many interesting prototypes and X-craft in this era make it rich for options.

Another good idea. Count me in for this one. Subject to be decided.

You're now signed up @ #20. Hopefully we can get another 10 people interested so it makes the bunfight in November.

Count me in - my favourite genre is 1950's aircraft.

Such a rich time of experimentation - lots of concepts and no way to prove them other than build it and try.

Welcome aboard … I agree about it being a great time for aviation.
