Model Shops in Warsaw?

Heading to Warsaw in March and it wondered if there are any decent model shops in the city worth checking out? Obviously I will act surprised to the missus when we happen to pass them by chance

I went to Warsaw about 15 years ago and found a few shops, one of these was Jadar Models.

Hi @Mike N,

I've visited Warsaw in summer last year and of course I had a day devoted with checking out the local modelling stalls 

 

JadarHobby (Ratuszowa 11/lok.243):

Located in an office building which looks a bit run-down. Honestly, I didn't enter as there was not even a sign that Jadar had an room there and became apprehensive. 

On photos they seem to have a nice assortment though. 

 

Martola (Bruna 34):

Nice little shop wit a good selection. In fact it is so small that there is just a small entryway to the counter (so no strolling around to check their kits). It is recommended to check their online shop for things you are looking for and then go there. They will collect everything from the storage behind the shop for you. 

 

If you are looking for books too I have a good recommedation. 

 

Książnica Polska Księgarnia na Świętokrzyskiej (Trasa Świętokrzyska 14):

Great selection of Military books and a nice, helpful owner. Originally, JadarHobby was located at this address on the second floor.
