bianfuxia
I was commenting the other day on one of the F1 build threads about my old Brabham F1 car that I'd made in a diorama with the pit crew accessory set. I built it in probably 1987...pretty young and green in those days. That probably explains why my pit crew are so wide eyed with shock!

davmarx
Hi dear modellers, this is my old Arii (ex Otaki) KI 84 Frank 1/48. Sadly my kit had no decals so I airbrushed everything... in those days there were no masks available. 022 by Davide Raimondi, su Flickr 024 by Davide Raimondi, su Flickr Ciao Davide
Peter Lloyd
Hasegawa 1/72. For a long time I used this inexplicably light green for my Japanese aircraft. Hasegawa 1/72 Ki-84. One of my better NMF jobs. Fukimi A5M. My result on this model was pretty disappointing, due to my clumsiness. I probably should strip and repaint it, and replace those massive aileron actuators.

stevehnz
Five that qualify for this without me realising to begin with. The Hasegawa P-51D built for the 2020 P-51 STGB, mold dating back to the 1970s. Likewise the Hasegawa N1K2-J, built for the Turning Japanese GB last year, mold from 1977. The Hasegawa Jaguar GR.1/A, built as a Armee de L'Air Jaguar A in 1990 Gulf War colours for the Ground Attack GB also last year. Mold from 1984. The Hasegawa P-38J built for the P-38 STGB last year too, a later boxing from a mold dating from 1977. & lastly the Hasegawa F-16C with some Hi Decals finishing in an experimental scheme briefly worn during the Gulf war, built for the F-16 STGB in 2021 I think that's it. theplasticsurgeon
Just for @TommyF, my two Hasegawa P-38 builds. A really crisp kit. Built 2022. and built 2005.
theplasticsurgeon
Here's one for @malpaso, my Has B-17F Fortress. Something I've noticed about the Has kit is the almost straight windscreen angle - which is quite a Vee on the real aircraft. And I've got two more copies (F & G) of this kit in my stash. And now the ancient Airfix Bit'O Lace, following directions in an IPMS mag. This aircraft was shredded during a raid in April 1945 (prob depicted on Airfix's boxart) and a lot of components replaced. Hence Stbd outer engine not in sqdn colour, and port outer wingtip from a camo aircraft. And possibly when the colour of the lace changed.
AdrianMF
I was going to build this one here, but Blitzbuild called and I was unable to resist: The P-E was bundled with the second-hand kit. In the end I used the rudder pedals and the seat belts, everything else being either irrelevant or the wrong side of the cost-benefit line in my book. The Hasegawa kit is actually lovely and a really nice build. However, if you choose a kit like this for a Blitzbuild GB, don't choose an impossibly fiddly colour scheme like this one: This took quite a large slice of my "try to finish in a day" time Sorry it won't be in the proper gallery here, but it is built. Snafu35
Good morning, I don't know if I'll be able to participate in this build group (I'm already very late to finish my build in the salty sea dog group!), however I'm showing some pre-1990 Hasegawa models that I built: 1/72nd P47D: 1/72nd B5N2 Kate: Toyota starter truck: I show these flying fortresses to motivate malpaso B17G Hasegawa in foreground: B17F Hasegawa: B17G Hasegawa with Airfix box decoration: I also have G4M Betty, S2F Tracker, P51D Mustang, F9F Panther, A6A Intruder, E13A1 Jake w/catapult in boxes, but decency dictates that I don't show them! I built them in the 90's . Oups, I forgot these too: the 1975's Tamiya Lancaster: 1/48th Tamiya J2M Jake: Regards, Eric-Snafu35 Edited May 8 by Snafu35
theplasticsurgeon
One for @reini, my Hasegawa Neptune from 2014. Unfortunately constuction photos were lost in the PhotoBucket saga, but the narrative gives a good idea of what's going on. 5
