GTZIM Posted February 7, 2023 Share Posted February 7, 2023 This is a 1/12 replica of the sword Oathbringer from a book series by author Brandon Sanderson. The series is called "The Stormlight Archive." This sword was scratch built. To create the sword; I printed out an artist rendering of the sword and glued it to 7 sheets of styrene. From there, I cut away plastic until I had the rough shape, and followed up by sanding. The base that the sword is resting on has a micro MP3 player as well as a speaker embedded within which plays a 1 minute section from the audio book.
