Peter Browne
What acrylic paints including any sets are recommended? The Andrea sets look OK, especially for those starting in the hobby or getting back into it (like me) with the premixed shades https://www.andrea-world.com/en/4/andrea-complements/402/paint-sets.html?p=1&tamanio=12 Other paint systems? JackG
I have used individual colours from Andrea but tend to mix colour shades on a pallet. Have seen comments that Andrea paints tend to dry with a flatter sheen. On a recent past 1/12 scale bust did try a flesh tone set from Scale75 (which are produced by Vallejo brand) and was happy with the results

I use Vallejo and very happy with the results but cannot publish anything as good as JackG. Maybe I should add another word "inspirational".
