FAQ How to change your PASSWORD

There comes a time in everyone's life that they must consider changing their passwords, either because they feel like it, or because a password used elsewhere has been breached, so they want to cut it out of the loop.  It's a piece of cake to do, especially if you can log into the site as normal.

 

From the main forum page, click on the arrow next to your username, and choose Settings>

 

That will bring up the following page:

 

 

Just click/tap on the Change button that we've highlighted in red above for your ease, and follow the instructions to change your password, ensuring that it's a new one, isn't something daft like "password1234" or any of those other passwords that are ridiculously easy for hackers to guess.  If you can't remember lots of different passwords, treat yourself to a Password Manager app rather than use the same password for everything.  It's not a secure behaviour anymore.
